Podcast Coordinator – Volunteer Role
Commitment: 4 hours/week, virtual, flexible schedule
United Planet is a non-profit organization based in Boston, US with a mission to create a global community, one relationship at a time. We connect volunteers who want to make a difference with communities in more than 30 countries, where they learn, teach, work, engage and immerse themselves in a culture outside their comfort zone. For many, it’s the most fulfilling experience of their lives!
United Planet Radio is a podcast where we chat with leaders, influencers and visionaries who share United Planet’s goal of cross-cultural understanding. On our show, we have conversations that we believe work to connect others across the globe. In short, improving global knowledge through dialogue is the first step to generating a more united planet.
We invite creative young individuals who are excited to work behind the scenes in producing a podcast. While we do not ask for professional experience in this field, we would like you to have experience editing audio and video files. We value an eagerness to learn and consider this role best for someone who is looking to gain formal experience in this field. The volunteer will work closely with the podcast host, who is a graduate student at Harvard University.
