Shannon Wallis heads our UP Your Leadership™ development programs. Shannon brings more than 20 years in leadership program design, executive coaching, transformational change, and strategic planning. Shannon is the former global director of high-potential leadership development at Microsoft. In her role, she was the chief architect of an award-winning leadership program and responsible for the development of top-tier talent. She worked with multiple Fortune 100 businesses as diverse as Coca-Cola, Price Waterhouse, EMC, VMware, Federal Express, and Grameen Foundation. Widely sought in her field, Shannon has contributed to multiple books on leadership development and talent management. She is certified in a variety of psychometric instruments as well as coaching methodologies.

Shannon Banks is Managing Director of Be Leadership Ltd, a management consultancy focused on developing social leaders for greater business impact. She is a Master Action Learning Coach, certified through the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) and an experienced executive coach, certified by the NeuroLeadership Institute. Previously, Shannon spent 17 years with Microsoft, where she was responsible for the development of Front Lines, an award-winning action learning experience that links learning directly to business impact through work with partners in the developing world.

Sherry Bisaillon is an executive coach, dynamic facilitator and creative instructional designer recognized for her diverse global perspective and results orientation. Sherry previously spent 11 years at Microsoft, where she and her global team led World Wide leader, manager and high potential development for the Sales, Marketing and Services Group. Sherry joined Microsoft from Dell Computer, having served as the Senior Learning & Development Manager responsible for designing and executing the people capability strategy for 2500 employees, in 34 countries across the US, Canada and Latin America.

Tony Crabbe is a business psychologist who focuses on how people think, feel, and behave at work. He takes quality research and applies it to everyday business challenges to help people look beyond the day-to-day. He facilitated a project in Kenya and Peru as part of a team that won the Optimas International Award, bringing together political figures and senior leaders from Microsoft, the World Bank, and the United Nations. He has worked with companies such as Microsoft, Disney, News Corporation, and HSBC.

Carol Hedly has more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering leadership and learning development at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to founding Prisma Learning Strategies, Carol was globally responsible for development of senior high potential talent at Microsoft Corporation. She developed an award-winning executive coaching program recognized by the Washington State International Coach Federation, and others. She is a certified Action Learning Coach and frequently supports educational, student, and non-profit initiatives through coaching and consulting.

Yvonne has over 20 years of experience facilitating the transformation of individuals, teams, and organizations. She honed her skills as a leader with General Electric and Microsoft, and now works with leaders in diverse industries and fields, helping them increase their capacity to take on complex challenges. Yvonne is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and is trained in T-group methodologies by the National Training Lab (NTL) and the Immunity to Change methodology by Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey. She has worked with organizations such as Microsoft, GE, Chevron, American Airlines, and Blackbaud.

Jeff McHenry is an experienced Leadership and Organization Development professional with a strong track record helping business leaders and organizations achieve better results. He is the Principal of Rainier Leadership Solutions, which he founded in 2011. His clients have included 3M, Cigna, Deloitte, and Microsoft. Jeff is also an Adjunct Professor of Management at Georgetown University. Previously, Jeff spent 18 years at Microsoft Corporation as the General Manager of Leadership Development & Recruiting.

Erik Mazziotta is a leadership consultant and executive coach specializing in leadership development, team performance, and coaching programs. Over the last 10 years, Erik has worked internationally with companies including Boeing, Citibank, Google, Honda, Lockheed Martin, and Microsoft. Erik’s integrative approach involves expanding self-awareness for adaptability, increasing emotional intelligence for effective engagement, establishing disciplined practices for sustainability, and building execution skills for excellence in achievement.
