The United Planet’s original UP Your Leadership™ experience develops your competencies as a global leader in an emerging market setting. Under the supervision of our world-class leadership coaches, you and your program team will fully immerse in the local community in Ecuador, collaborate for one week with NGOs and local leaders on an urgent business challenge, and demonstrate a commitment to corporate citizenship.

Shannon Wallis
Executive Coach
Shannon Wallis will lead the inaugural UP Your Leadership program in Ecuador this October. She is the Director and Founder of Cascade Leadership, and has more than 20 years experience in leadership program design, executive coaching, transformational change, and strategic planning. She is the former global director of high-potential leadership development at Microsoft.
Shannon Banks
Executive Coach
Shannon Banks is the Managing Director of Be Leadership Ltd. She previously spent 17 years with Microsoft, where she was responsible for the development of Front Lines, an award-winning action learning experience that links learning directly to business impact through work with partners in the developing world.
Pablo Proano
Ecuador Country Coordinator
Pablo Proano coordinates all United Planet programs in Ecuador. He is originally from Quito, and has years of experience working with international volunteers through Spanish language schools and academic exchange programs. He has been United Planet’s Ecuador Country Coordinator since 2005.
