One of the great things about being associated with UP is the chance to meet the generous and big-hearted people who hang around here. Last week, the Chair of the Board of Directors showed that spirit once again — he donated a Quest to Costa Rica to a fund-raising auction at Lake Forest Academy high school in Illinois.
It was a great move all around. The donation spread the word about UP to the whole campus; and will send a wonderful young woman to San Jose in 2011.
